We sincerely hope this message finds you, your families and friends all healthy during this potentially stressful time. As the novel Coronavirus COVID-19 situation remains ever-changing, the VetCareShare Team wanted to let you know that we are keeping a very close eye on the daily events and doing everything we can to keep our customers, their clients and patients, ourselves, our families, as well as our communities healthy.
In order to make sure we are doing everything we can to help stop the spread of COVID-19 our entire team is currently working from home and meeting with any clients via a virtual video meeting or other electronic means. We are still working normal business hours and our commercial and support teams are available to assist you with any questions or needs you may have. If there is anything we can do for you and your customers to make this trying time less stressful for them, or their pets, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We will continue to monitor the events surrounding COVID-19 as they continue to evolve and will update you with any changes to the VetCareShare system or our team members that may occur as a result.
People, and their animal companions, are at the heart of what makes what we do everyday so special. We will continue to do everything we can so we all come out the other side of this and get to enjoy our communities together again. We encourage everyone to heed the guidelines put forth by our federal, state and local governments so we can realize that sooner rather than later.
